Hi
I need a hotel or something of the like for 2 nights in Munich. We are a family of 6, so we may need 2 rooms. Ideally it is located close to the city center. We are only there 1 full day so we want to be close. If anyone has any place to recommend please let me know.

Have you looked at listings for a two bedroom flat on VRBO? If you aren't trying to come during a high-occupancy time, you may find this option less expensive.

We have stayed at the Hotel am Viktualienmarkt and they have rooms for 3, which is what we stayed in. We have one of those rooms booked for an upcoming trip as well, so I know they still have those. The location is great, and the hotel was clean, well kept and we had no complaints.

This is the hotel we're staying in on our RS tour starting next week. Haven't been there yet, but you know it's got the tour stamp of approval!

I stayed in Hotel Uhland in Munich with my two sons. It was a converted mansion and very nice. They did have family rooms. Super clean, great breakfast. Maybe 3/4 mile to train station and city center. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. It is right next to the Oktoberfest grounds which does have a metro to city center.
