My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Uhland in Munich for 1 night in Dec 2015. Great place to stay. The rooms a large and clean. the staff is great. It is a family run hotel for many years. Breakfast is very good with a good selection for meat cheeses bread and hard and soft boiled eggs. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station in a very quiet & safe neighborhood (there is a great map on the hotels web site) The Wi Fi is a little weak in the rooms at times. The rooms were priced competitively. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. One should note here that this hotel is in a stately old mansion and does not have A/C so a stay in the summer might be a problem. The owner is very friendly.
