Dresden Restaurant Review - Enotria Da Miri Restaurant

Enotria Da Miri Restaurant - Dresden

When I was in Dresden recently, I found this wonderful Italian restaurant when walking by. I plugged the name into my iPhone, and it came up with excellent reviews on Google.

The food really was delicious; I ordered the original lasagna. It was so tasty and filling. The meal comes with little hot freshly baked biscuits and three varieties of butter, olive oil, etc. The only thing I needed to complement this scrumptious food was a lovely glass of German wine. The atmosphere was equally impressive -- nice, white linen tablecloths.

Prices were definitely reasonable. Give this restaurant a try; you will not be disappointed.

It is across the street from the Taschenberg Palais Hotel, yellow building which takes up a full city block. It is about a block from the Historic Green Vault entrance. Look for the parking garage entrance to the Taschenberg Palais Hotel; and it is at the other end and across the street.

Address: Kleine Brudergasse 1, 01067 Dresden.

Very understated city. Was probably Europe's most beautiful city when my relatives left on the last U.S. ship to leave Germany prior to WWII.

I am still in awe from my magnificent Berlin/Dresden/Potsdam trip.

David, you are right that Dresden is such a beautiful city. I spent two nights in Dresden, and easily could have stayed three or four.

My 1 pm Deutsche Bahn train from Berlin to Dresden was delayed by two hours...this was unfortunate, but these things happen.
