Does anyone have any experience renting from this business? Thierry has been very patient & responsive to my e-mails. Did anyone have any qualms about sending them a check and paying upon arrival? What would we do if the apartment falls through? We are going in mid-June so we may have trouble finding lodging for four at a reasonable price. What about their cash only policy? I posted a topic about how to get a large amount of cash upon arrival. Do you know if they would be receptive to getting most of the money the first day and the rest 2 days later? I haven't broach the subject yet. Wanted to get more information on how to get more cash.

I have a feeling that Thierry would be okay with this. You can ask your bank to up your max daily withdrawal, too. I have no qualms about PBL, rented from them in September, everything was perfect. The casual check deposit, which he will simply hold and either return to you or email you a photo of the destroyed check, was just fine. We paid in full on arrival, Thierry met us right on time. We were able to enter the apartment before he showed up, piece of cake.

We used them in October 2012. They were fantastic. No problems with payment arrangement. Advise your bank to increase your withdrawal limit and use atm at CDG.
