Wondering if biking in the Alsace is an option for March?

Heading to France in March 2027. Love spring! Planning to fly into Paris then Vimy, and on to Alsace region . Heading South to Lyon or beyond then back to Paris. 18 days in total, 3 days Paris to begin, Vimy then Planning 4 day's in Alsace region. Would love to have ideas on weather, towns to use as hub etc. My husband is currently working at a winery in the Okanagan BC Canada. Would like to see if we can wine taste, white's are my fav, red's are his. Train is our point to point transit if at all possible to the major cities then public transit or taxis, e-bike.

That being said, while nothing is certain these days due to climate change which is having a strong impact in Europe, March is generally rainy and still cold in eastern France. There can be morning frosts, and even with the effects of climate change, don't expect daytime highs to exceed 14°C (55 F). Conditions can also vary greatly depending on whether it's early or late March.
