We are renting e-bikes for a day on an upcoming trip to Dijon. The loose plan is to ride south through some of the smaller villages and vineyards. I thought we might stop at a winery (don't worry, we'll taste responsibly) - really anywhere between Dijon and, say, Nuits-Saint-Georges. Does anyone have winery recommendations in that area?
