Wineries to Stay at in SW France

Hello,
Does anyone have any suggestions or knowledge of wineries that offer lodging? My wife and I are taking a 2 week trip to France and we'll spend about 8 days in the regions of Bordeaux, Languedoc, Dordogne, Provence, Rhone. She would not only like to take some tours of wineries, she would like to stay at one for a couple of days if possible. Has anyone had any experience with this? We've already identified some chateaux and B&Bs where we might stay. We are just try to find a nice winery that could also host (kind of in the spirit of an agriturisme/agroturismo).
Thanks,
Bob

Does it have to be a winery? Have you thought about the Armagnac region? It is close to Bordeaux, and there are distilleries that you can stay at, for example this one.
Here is a map of the region. You can look for the producers with the gite symbol. You might also want to look at villages of Larressingle, Fources or Montreal, all les-plus-beaux-villages-de-france.
If your still not sure about the area, several weeks ago this article in the NY Times about Gascony was posted. It gives a good description of what you will find.
