We were very happy with Provence Panorama in 2014 when we were in Avignon.
The exact small-group tours that we took aren't currently offered, but we liked both guides and appreciated the ease of communications with the company.

Michelin Green Guides has a specialized series titled 'The Wine Routes of France'. We have used it as part of our research and would recommend it. Listings, maps, they are all there. Good stuff, rarefied information.
An additional title covers Italy. Bonne chance!

Have you ever made the Burgundy Wine Route ?
I really recommend it if you like good wines (I ive in Burgundy :D !) !
