My daughter and I will be in Avignon the third week in June and would like to book a wine tour. Even though we will have a car, we like the idea of leaving the navigation to others. Rick Steves recommends several organizations, all of which look good. While I have done plenty of wine tasting in several states, my daughter is a young adult, and has never done wine tasting before. I prefer to keep the day light hearted, rather than super serious. We would even pair wine tasting with a cooking class for instance. Has anyone had personal experience in this part of France? As with other activities, there seems to be an abundance of choices, so narrowing it down with recommendations is nice.
