Wine hotel with tour/food?

My husband and I are in the preliminary planning stage for trip to France. When we went to Tuscany 7 years ago, we stayed on the property of a magnificent winery with a B n B that offered a tour, tasting, and 3 hour meal (which was HEAVENLY. Best part of our trip). We're looking for a similar experience in France, likely the Burgundy or Champagne regions and I'm coming up short...my question is, do they have these in France, and if so, what are they called? In Italy, we searched for agrotourismos....is there a French term for this? :) So far, searching for "winery hotel" isn't hitting the mark.

I'm happy to do the research into specific locations, if I know what I'm looking for. :)

Thanks!

We stayed at some wineries in Alsace. One was in Colmar and one was in Eguisheim. I just recall looking at accommodations in wine areas and happened upon that the BnBs were located at wineries. Neither had meals, but we enjoyed both.

MamaMcD,
Try the website Bienvenue a la ferme. It seems to have listings that are what you are looking for. I also googled "French agriturismos" and found some sites that may help you. I do know they exist, but I don't know if there is a special term for them. Bonne chance!
