Why does Air France keep emailing about my passport data?

Hello,

I completed and submitted my EU-PLF and have added passport information to the Air France documents for myself and my husband back in March. Our trip is scheduled for May 13 (start date) and every day I get a new email from Air France "Important ! Complétez votre dossier pour votre vol du 13/05/2022 vers Nice." Is there something I am missing, or is this just an automated email that doesn't reflect information already submitted??

Thanks for any advice. As a frequent traveler, this is a first for me.

Log in to your account with Air France and see what actually uploaded. Think we may have had to do one of ours twice. What it is telling you is that there is still more to upload. Did you upload your CDC cards/vaccination proof?

I finally called and was told I had done everything I needed and to ignore the repetitive emails. =)

We recently flew AF to and from CDG, and on boarding a flight home a young woman was not allowed entry on the plane as she did not have her covid test. She said, "No body told me, this is the first I have learned of this." Maybe AF is being cautious.
