I am traveling with another couple in April/May and will be leaving them May 2nd. We will be driving from Mont St-Michel and they will be dropping us off at a train station so that we can continue to Paris, then the Howard Hotel at the Orly airport.
My question is, which train station do you recommend? Their final destination that day is Rouen. Looking at the map, it seems I have Bayeux, Caen, and Rouen to choose from.
Also, once arriving in Paris, what is the best way to get to my hotel at Orly?

It's an easy trip from Rouen. I'm not sure all the trains are direct but there should be plenty to choose from. I got there from Paris at the Rouen Rive Droit station (Gare), near the old town. There is another station in town so make sure you look at/book the correct station.
Rouen is a beautiful town and so if you will have time to tour there (4-5 hours) then choose Rouen. Otherwise Caen is very convenient. Tickets Caen to Paris are 15 Euro if bought 3 mos out.
That Bayeux is worth a look if you got the time but Rouen too.
Isn't there some pleasure to be had by spending the drive with your friends? And Rouen makes a nice short visit, too.
Look at the Howard Hotel website for all the ways to get there. I take it you are flying out of Orly the next day, otherwise, if staying in Paris for a few days, you can do better. Not a convenient place to base for a visit to Paris.
