Which day of week Montmartre food tour?

We will be in Paris in October for a long weekend visiting from Sweden and wondered if it's better to book an Eating Europe "Montmartre with Chef PJ" for Friday or Saturday? We really prefer food, open air markets & window shopping / browsing to sight-seeing so would Friday be better than Saturday? We've both been to Paris numerous times. The reviews for this tour look great, and we had a fabulous Eating Europe Testacio walking tour in Rome at New Year's a few years ago. Thoughts?

It really does not matter. The one thing you might want to check, is the days of the week when your nearest market take place. Your accommodation will know the days. It might make sense to save the food tour for a day when there is no market near you.
And there will be more people in shops on Saturdays: it adds to the atmosphere, but if you don't like crowds...

Ah, thank you! We don't really like crowds. Will wait to book until there's more clarity on Covid numbers. I always knew travel meant being flexible but the numbers aren't looking great in France at the moment.
