Where to Stay for a group of 8 seniors

We'll be staying in Paris for 4 nights as a group of 4 couples in our 70's and 80's. We'll be going in April 2025.

Any suggestions for a vacation rental (one 4-bedroom or two 2-bedroom apartments) or hotels $250/night per couple or less? We need somewhere close to public transportation and safe place to walk around.

Thanks!

all Paris is safe to walk around and ride the metro including at night.

Apartments are increasingly hard to find because of local crackdowns on vacation rentals and frankly for 4 nights the down sides are probably greater than the values. Consider an apartment hotel with 4 one bedroom or efficiency suites. Or a small hotel booked well in advance. Perhaps start with something like booking.com and when you find hotels that look promising check back here. Apartment hotels also usually have gathering areas sometimes with coffee and a breakfast room .

$250 is budget level for Paris so if you want 4 rooms in one hotel, nail that down soon.

I think the Hotel Muguet will check all of your boxes. I would check the prices online but I would then contact the hotel directly and inquire about pricing on booking 4 rooms, could be a discount. The area is very walkable wIth nearby transport and eateries.
Good luck.

The downside of booking an apartment for eight people and not hotel rooms is that you are going to have less bathrooms especially with your budget.

I would have each couple book their own hotel room and each has a bathroom.

I always stay in apts but am a solo traveler. Just a mention: if you opt for the apt make sure it has an elevator or is on the ground or 1st. floor.
