Where to eat in Beaune?

We stayed at Hotel de France and ate in their restaurant. The restaurant was an excellent value and the food was very nice, traditional French. However, we were there about 10 years ago. If you have a car, we enjoyed the drive on the Route des grand crus. Beaune is a lovely little city, you will enjoy it.

It's a little out of town but the Abbaye de la Bussierre is a very lovely place with a fine restaurant

Ditto Jules m, Just a word of advice: do not order the andouillette! It is a stuffed pig's colon, as I learned to my regret.

@Sam, trust me, I know what andouillette is, that, and one of the first words I learn for every country I go to is "tripe". Never touch either, or blood sausage for that matter.
