We will be in France in early October, starting with a few nights in Paris, then we'll go to Gordes, then to Lyon.
I've heard a lot about the Bresse chicken, and would love to try one.
Can anyone offer any advice on restaurants that serve them?

I am searching for the name of the restaurant where we ate in the French countryside. It was a Michelin 3 Star and we were up all night after eating such a rich meal. The Bresse chicken was the only good part!
Found it! Cote Saint- Jacque in Joigny, south of Paris, on the banks of the Yonne.
Le Coq et Fils on rue Lepic in Paris has an extensive poultry menu including Bresse chicken.
Check the limit on your credit card before going to the restaurant. We searched for and found Bresse chicken at a butchers shop in Vaison-la-Romaine in October 2021. About the size of a large Pigeon.
They were 55€. Each.
