I will be visiting Paris and the Loire valley in May. When is a good time to purchase things like wine tours, seine river tour, museum passes, eiffel tower visit, etc? Thanks

wine tours, seine river tour, museum passes buy those when you get there so you don't lose money if for some reason you don't end up going; the airports have offices where you can buy that stuff when you arrive; the eiffel tower you would buy in advance
