For my birthday two years ago, my oldest daughters booked dinner for myself, my wife and our two youngest children at 58 Tour Eiffel. It was just incredible! I have no experience with French cuisine, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I can say that we finished everything on each plate and thoroughly enjoyed every morsel.
We will be returning to Paris on 1 June 2019. I would so like to go back for dinner at 58 Tour Eiffel. I am a planner and like to get my ducks in a row early. Went I go to their web site, it says "No availability" for any dates for a month on either side of 1 June. I assume that they have not opened their reservation books this early.
Can anyone tell me, how far in advance do they take reservations?
