What to see: Provence in April 5.5 days

OK I have all the guide books and I have to admit, I am overwhelmed. We cannot do it all. We will be in Provence the end of April with 15-year-olds. We rented an apartment in Cassis the first night (we want to hike the Calanques) and from there we have a house in St. Remy for 5 nights as our base. So Pont du Gard, Arles, Nimes, maybe? Troglodyte Caves & Rocks, ?Camargue, a couple good markets?

I want to mix it up a bit so looking for advice on must-see (whatever that means). I have limited patience for high end or cute boutiques. And we have teens who are up for ruins, some museums, some art as long as I mix it up.

thank you.

I really enjoyed visiting the weekly (Sunday?) market at Isle sur la Sorgue.

Have a look at le-plus-beaux-villages-de-France.org for the top scenic villages around you. We loved Bonnieux and Menerbes.

Check the farmers markets at avignon-et-provence.com. They are so fun to sample foods and buy lunch supplies !
Wednesday markets are in Bonnieux, St. Remy, Arles, and Uzes.

Hike through the rocks at Rousillon.
Take a cooking class in Uzes at Le Pistou.
Kayak under the Pont du Gard - we used Canoe Collias.
Canoe from Fontaine de Vaucluse to I'sle sur la Sorgue.
