Hello, I will be staying the night June 17th in Arles, my bicycle trip ends Friday night. My train (TGV) leaves Avignon for Zurich on June 18th a Saturday at 8:45am
The local train from Arles to Avignon doesn’t leave on Saturday until after 9am. Has anyone caught a bus or Uber or taxi from Arles to Avignon and is it easy to do and any idea of cost?

That connection is annoying. The express bus between Arles and Avignon TGV was discontinued a few years ago. So if the train does not work in your date, you are left with a taxi (no Uber). It should cost somewhere between 75-100€... and you should pre -arrange it. Your hotel in Arles can assist, contact them in advance perhaps?

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the hotel but have yet heard back. I think given your info about no Uber I will ask them to arrange a taxi for me in advance. Good advise.

Any reason not to stay in Avignon Friday night? The Bristol Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station and very convenient.
