Nicholas, https://www.eurostar.com/ is the company actually running the trains, so that should be the first choice to go to.
SNCF (French National Railways) should be the same price. It is a less user-friendly site.
Other options are https://loco2.com/ and https://www.thetrainline.com/ These are resellers in Europe, they should give you the same price as Eurostar, and may be worth trying if you have credit card problems, or want to book connections to your Eurostar ticket, which Eurostar does not cover.
Resellers outside Europe (no names mentioned, regulars on this site know who I mean) can be more expensive or offer a restricted choice.
