WE will be in Paris for 10 days starting next week and wonder if we should bring rain gear. How has the weather been lately?

We will also be in Paris next week and I’ve been watching the forecast — looks like rain is forecast on and off that week, so we are packing rain gear
You always bring rain gear. Or be willing to buy 5 euro umbrellas from the street corner vendors when it starts to rain.
I'm going to Paris next month and I'm bringing a lightweight rain jacket just in case. Doesn't hurt.
I always bring a waterproof rain jacket to Europe. Always.
I arrived to Paris on Wednesday in pouring rain. Since then it’s been really warm and no rain in sight.
A few days ago the forecast was showing rain starting tomorrow, now that looks like it’s pushed off to Saturday.
To me next week is too out is too far for a reliable forecast but I’d bring a waterproof jacket anyway. I didn’t bring sunscreen, lol and should have. I brought 2 pr of jeans which are too hot right now. 4 SS shirts is working fine, lol.
April = light rain jacket. No question, whatever the forecast says. It will also keep you warm in the evenings, even when it's dry.
always expect rain everywhere except Los Angeles ...
A waterproof windbreaker with a hood is essential.
The forecast for next week is rain. It is too early to know if this will be accurate, but it was pretty accurate two weeks ago when we were traveling to Paris. It is gorgeous right now and most of last week, was miserable the first few days when we were here.
Always travel with a rain garment and water resistant shoes. I respray my lightweight hiking shoes each year and they were all I wore the first week. In spring it will be showery or rainy unpredictably. Having a lightweight rain/windbreaker type thing is essential. Even if rain is not predicted in April and May it is expected from time to time.
