Are there any Chateaux's that have both Vineyards and Accommodations near Bordeaux?
Château Malromé is an excellent one in a beautful area - known as Toulouse Lautrec's château. Not far from Saint-Emilion as well.
Hi davidsudzy,
Some friends have stayed at https://www.grand-barrail.com/en/ (close to St. Émilion) and loved it. I have my eye on staying here (it's a high end spa resort): https://sources-caudalie.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gmb&utm_campaign=gmb-sdc&utm_content=sdc-accueil for an overnight visit. While this is not a Château, it is in the vineyards in Graves and Château Smith Haut Lafitte https://www.smith-haut-lafitte.com/en/home/ is just across the way.
I know there are many others so hopefully you will have other options to consider.
Cheers,
Kimberly
Hi David,
Chateau Franc Mayne and Ormes de Pez have guest houses. Cos d'estournel and Troplong Mondot also have B&B's, but are quite pricey.
Take a look at Sauvistication (https://sauvistication.com/where-to-stay-in-bordeaux/). It's the most genuine site for these types of things.
Safe Travels
To my knowledge, Chateau Giscours, Chateau Soutard, and Chateau Pape Clement also have B&Bs.
We will be there in May. David, have you come up with an itinerary?
