Going to Nice for the first time in two weeks and I know Promenade des Anglais goes all the way out to the airport. I arrive around noon and thought if I'm not exhausted from my flights it might be a great bonjour to Nice to walk to my hotel, which Google maps says is about 45 minutes.
Anyone walked all the way to or from the airport? Would love to hear opinions. Actually seems less intimidating than figuring out the bus!
If you look closely at the map, you will see that the terminal entrances are 1.5 to 2 miles away from the end of Promenade des Anglais. That bit is not pleasant, it takes 45 minutes on its own. Take the tram: there is nothing to figure out really, just take line 2 to whatever stop is yours.
nothing to figure out about the tram. Follow the signs, very easy. Get off at the stop nearest your hotel or when you want a bit more walk....
