I mean the deposit to reserve your seat for a trip and I will need a tourist visa to travel to France since I'm from Ghana.

Please check the Ghana consulate office in New York. Their URL address is: https://newyork.mfa.gov.gh/. There is also a phone number listed on the Contact Us link.
