My partner bought tickets to Versailles through a company called My Top Tour. Anyone have any experience with this company? Is it legit? Will our tickets be honored? I see on the main Versailles website that due to fraud, they recommend that tickets only be bought through the official Versailles website, which apparently my partner thought was My Top Tour.

They are considered a legitimate 3rd party agency, while at the same time engaging in shady practices. As long as you have tickets from them with a specified date and time for entry, you should get entry. Out of curiosity, how much did you pay for the base passport (entry only, no extras). The official price is €35/pp.
You might advise your partner to only go with the official ticket websites in future. Adding the "official site" to a search can help push the 3rd party salesmen further down the page.

So sorry about this. I don't have personal experience with them but My Top Tour is definitely NOT the official Versailles ticket seller. That is:

So I can't tell you whether or not your tickets are going to be honored. Reviews of this company are NOT positive. If it really matters to you to know that you do absolutely have tickets, you might want to write off the MTP tickets and purchase through the official website.
IMHO, they look to be doing the same intentionally confusing stuff as Walker Tours and Feel The City Tours. Avoid both at all costs. if you are needing to purchase tickets for any other attractions in or near Paris, come back and ask what the ticketing websites are that you should be using?
