Is there a recommended tour to take from Paris for access to the Palace and Marie Antoinnette’s apartments?

The chateau offers behind the scene tours called the Kings Apartments Tours which you can book on line. It is easy to get to Versailles on the RER C from Paris which costs 2.50 a head. The KAT tour meets in a waiting area with seating and your group is taken through a special entrance where you ticket to the palace is validated; when the tour is over you are left inside the chateau where you can follow the route for touring the public rooms.
