Has anyone been experiencing difficulties obtaining tickets online at the official website? I have tried repeatedly in the past 24 hours and keep getting shut down without explanation. As an aside, I stopped trying to input my cell number as I was told it wasn't in the proper format despite trying different formats; any ideas? I am trying to schedule an early entry time so I don't want to purchase the tickets when I arrive in July.

No help for you, but I am patiently awaiting when my end of July tickets will go on sale on April 24th!
What part is shutting you down so people might be able to recall possible problems?

Have you tried using a different browser? I ran into that while trying to buy our Louvre tickets. Had to switch to Chrome and then it went through no problem.

Trying a different browser didn't help. My address doesn't fit in the space provided although I did auto-fill that info. I am being told that there is an error in the cart but no other specific information.
