Hi because dad has limited ability we will be taking a wheelchair to Versailles. Has anyone recently taken either taxi or uber from Paris? If we take the train are there users or taxis at the Versailles station? Thanks

Can he walk a little? If not, using the RER C will be difficult (stairs, step between the train and the platform). In that case, it would be better to take a car from Paris.
Otherwise, the left bank train station isn't far from the castle. No taxi (I don't know about Uber) will pick you up for 500m (1/3 mile). But if you have a wheelchair, no problem.

Friends who were staying with me took an Uber to Versailles from Paris. They said it was easy and cost around 50€. I have never seen a taxi at the Versailles Rive Gauche station but I also have not been looking for one.
