I have been trying to book Palace tickets on line. I created an account yesterday, but did not order
Today I went in and put in my e-mail address and password . It came up I already had an account and I confirmed but it would
not allow me to go further.to order tickets.
Am I too early to order? I need tickets for April 23rd.

On what website are you trying to book the tickets? On the official website you can already book tickets for April 23.

I think I may have put in the wrong password. I tried again but to no avail, so I have sent a notification to the customer service.
Since it is after 8PM there, I hopefully will get a reply back tomorrow in resetting my password..
