We are looking to rent bicycles in Versailles to ride around the gardens. It is two adults, one child who can ride a bike, and 2 more kids we are planning on putting in a bike trailer.
Would the bicycle rental kiosk inside the gardens be able to accommodate us? Are there any options outside the gardens that would be less costly and we could bring the bicycles in?

Yes, the bike rentals inside the gates will be able to accommodate all of you. We used them last summer and had a great experience. It was our favourite part of Versailles.
How long would you recommend renting the bicycles for?
Note you can't ride bikes in the gardens; you can ride them on the wider estate, so you should probably do the gardens first and then get bikes as you leave the gardens.
