Hello: are there vegetarian restaurants you would recommend in the Marais, Left Bank or Latin Quarter? We are arriving on July 16th, so soon! thanks!
I'm not a vegetarian, but our son's SO is, and in Paris we had no trouble finding vegetarian items on nearly every menu. Not necessarily vegan though. Threre was always some form of pasta or egg-based dish (quiche e.g.), risotto, fish (if that is within your parameters) a soup (minestrone perhaps), pizzas, ratatouille, stuffed vegetables (e.g. peppers with rice or couscous). She might order a salad and cheese plate for example. The ethnic restaurants offer a lot of choices (Indian, Turkish, Algerian or Moroccan, Chinese and Thai) and are often more economical as well. I don't have specific names for you, alas!
Bonne chance!
It might be too late now for a reservation but, on the Left Bank, Arpège is magnificent.
You can try these recommendations from Paris Walks or the Happy Cow site/app.

We were in Paris in June with our son who is a vegetarian. We also enjoyed Brasserie Des Pres (they have a robust veggie entree) in the 6th and Papilla (delicious truffle pasta) in the 5th.
