For VAT refund, if we can scan it and it is green, do we still need to drop the forms in the box? I thought you keep the forms and only submit if you can't scan them. But just saw a video of someone dropping them in a box with a green scan.
Also, where is VAT in Terminal 1? Is it near the check in area?
