Staying in Paris in October. Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment rental near Luxembourg Gardens area for a quiet stay. Would like a balcony or garden. Any recommendations?

We enjoyed this studio (bed in loft) just last week. Around the corner from Lux Gardens, and close to restaurants, etc., steps to Blvd. St. Michel, Blvd. St. Germain, Metro, etc. No balcony, but overlooks interior courtyard. We felt very secure. (Also has lift, not always available in such rentals.) Websites VRBO and HomeAway have countless options as well.
