USA - States without Q Scans of COVID Vaccine proof for France Health Pass

Some people in our party traveling to France this December 2021, live in states where you can not get Q Scan proof of their vaccines from their state. In CA and a few other states, we go to the state health department web sites and get a qscan record of our vaccine right away on-line.

What are people uploading as proof of their vaccine for states that do not provide a Q Scans like Pennsylvania? Are people just making a pdf of their CDC white COVID card? Is France accepting that to generate the Covid Health Pass. Sorry if I dont have all the terminology down.

Yes, submit a copy of your CDC card. I live in California and our QR code is not readable in France and so submitted a PDF of my CDC card. That is what all people in your group should submit. I also have the New York QR code and that does not work in France either so I doubt the Pennsylvania one does (but it could.)

Q scans in the US where they exist are not linked to the French system. Use the CDC card, scan it and upload a Jpeg or PDF when applying for the French Vaccine Pass.

All you need is the CDC card to get the Pass Sanitaire......and perseverance.

Perseverence is correct! While our CDC card was accepted always we did go for Covid testing every 3 days as a precaution. We received our pass sanitaire one day after leaving France! However this allowed us to activate the Swiss Covid app, so all good!

The link you posted is the site where you submit your application for your health pass. The Tous AntiCovid App is an App that you download to your phone. With that app, you can download your health pass to your phone and present it on your phone instead of printing the pass and handing that to people.

I've had both shots (in March) and even a booster (in Sept), but will they accept those when my trip to France isn't until next Apr-May? Thanks!
