Hello, I am looking for some clarity on whether or not I need to get tested (again) when I enter France next week. We're fully vaccinated (three shots, actually), and have been in Europe for over a week, in Germany and now in Belgium. We had to get tested to enter Belgium because we hadn't been in Germany long enough, so our time in the US triggered the testing requirement. By the time we enter France, we will have been in Germany and Belgium almost two weeks. It's not clear to me whether our testing requirements are triggered by where we are a legal resident (US), where we are most recently traveling from (Belgium), some combination based on the amount of time we've been in Europe, or something else. Also, if it makes a difference, we'll be arriving on a train, not a plane.
Thank you in advance
