Looking at buses from Avignon to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue on rome2rio, its showing them departing not from the bus station but from Universite. What is that? Is that a station or stop? Why do they not depart from the main bus station?

I didn't know it had a train station, in the train maps I'm looking there isn't one.
However, is the station called L'Isle Fontain-de-Vaucluse and not L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue?

In Avignon you want the station Avignon Centre, not the TGV. They are in different locations. Use the SNCF website or app. Don't rely on Rome2Rio.
