Hello,
I was planning on touring France in late May 2016 but just found out about the UEFA Champion games. I'm worried that this will effect our visit with extra large crowds, closures, barricades, and pre game set-ups. Can anyone comment? Although we will be gone before the games begin, is this still not a good time to go to France?

Euro 2016 runs from June 10-July 10. So unless your travels fall into that date range it should have no impact on a trip in late May.

I wouldn't even worry too much during times of the games. One year we were in Seefeld in Tirol with the match in Innsbruck, and the only difference I saw was a group of Russians in the bar before the kickoff.
