Two nights in Burgundy/Franche Comte with wine tour

Hello, I am looking for ideas for where I can stay a couple of nights in Burgundy/FC without a car, somewhere I can get to by train and where I can book a half day wine tour (with transportation provided). I will be in Paris before and Besancon for several days afterwards but would love an interlude in a small town. Any ideas much-appreciated! Thank you.

Beaune would fit the bill. Beautiful small town, good connections at the train station, and plenty of great vineyards all around! Can't recommend a specific tour, but there are many; Beaune is hardly off the beaten path...
