Hello,
My partner and I are traveling to France next month.
We are planning to visit Versailles on our way from Loire Valley to Paris (driving), arriving on a Tuesday around 1 pm. Thinking to walk the gardens, enjoy the musical fountains and see the Estate of Trianon. Then stay the night nearby and next morning go to the palace. Or see the palace on Tuesday afternoon and Gardens and Trianon on Wednesday.
The ticketing is so overly complicated and I can't decide what is worth booking, so I would appreciate some help with the following questions.
Seems like there used to be a "2-day Passport" but I can't find that on the current ticket options. Does anyone know if there is a way to get that or if it's possible to use the passport more than one day? Do you like the "Musical Gardens" show? Does "Get Your Guide" tour of the palace include anything besides what you can see with the "Palace Ticket" like the "King's Private Apartments Tour"?
Thanks in advance.
