I’m traveling with my wife and 4 yr old daughter for about 2 weeks this July. We have World Cip tickets for the 2 semi final matches and the final match whic are in Lyon. Here’s the itinerary so far (we plan on going car-less).
Jun 30: arrive in Paris; night by Disneyland
July 1: Disneyland
July 2: Disney to Lyon; semi final 1 at night
July 3: Lyon; semi final 2 at night
Here’s where I’m unsure
One plan:
July 4: Lyon to Chamonix
July 5 and 6: Chamonix
July 7: Chamonix to Lyon; WC final
Another plan:
July 4: Lyon to Beaune
July 5 and 6: Beaune
July 7: Beaune to Lyon; WC final
Then the rest is:
July 8: Lyon to Colmar
July 9: explore Alsace; night in Colmar
July 10: see Tour de France stage in Colmar
July 11: Colmar to Paris
July 12: Paris
July 13: home
Any suggestions about whether Chamonx, Beaune, or somewhere else would be a good option? Any other thoughts about the trip as a whole?
