travelling to the Luberon when lavender is out of season

Time is short. With so many places to visit in Provence and Cote du Rhone, are there some places you would not bother visiting when Lavender is out of season (e.g., Sénanque Abbey).

Thanks.

How much time do you have?
Sénanque Abbey is guided-only, and time-consuming, so I would indeed skip it, unless you have a strong interest in the building itself.
The lavender hotspots of Sault/Ferrassières & Valensole plateau are pointless out of season.
Other than that... nothing comes to mind.

We enjoyed the Poppies when driving through last week - they were everywhere in bloom. including huge fields of red poppies. Not a direct answer to your question, but the towns we visited, I would go back to all again, and we didn't experience a town we wouldn't want to visit again.
