Hi, we are two families of 4 with teen/young adult children and need recommendations to find an apartment that can fit all 8 of us in Paris in December, already searched traditional AirBandB and VRBO sites. Any tips on fun activities for teens/20 year olds (along with their old parents) for NYE would be welcome. Thanks!

An apartment for eight people is a tough find in Paris. Someone is probably going to have to sleep on a sofa bed in a living room and you probably will not have more than 2 bathrooms. I actually think AirBnb is one of your better options for finding a place and I am not huge fan of Airbnb so that is saying something. Are you willing to get an apartment through an agency? If so, I know that ParisPerfect (www.parisperfect.com) has apartments that accommodate 8 people. The apartments generally cost at least US$1,000 per night. Another option is to try Vacation in Paris (vacationinparis.com) to see if they have two apartments in the same building.
