Traveling with bikes

Planning a trip to France and shipping our bikes. The bikes will be in a bike bag. Does anyone have any experience with getting from Charles De Gaulle airport to Paris with bike bags?

Yes. It was miserable. I would bite the bullet and get a taxi/van that is large enough.
