Traveling to Provence

My husband and I will be staying in Provence for 5 days . We will be staying in Avignon. I have a skeleton itinerary and would love feedback on what to add or delete. We are thinking about renting a car for just two days and using bus/ train for other days.
May 1 Wednesday explore Avignon

May 2 Van Gogh Provence tour( st Remy , Les Baux & Arles with Carriers de lumeires

May 3 Isle Sur La Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, maybe Grotted de Thouzon
May 4 Point Du Gard , Nimes , Uzes
May 5 Aix en Provence
We are flexible with changing itinerary except for May 2.

Hi,
Is your May 2 an official tour or one you are putting together on your own? Curious as traveling to same region in July with kids and wondering how to see a few highlights of the region efficiently as only have 2 days.

There is a Saturday market in Aix which ie very good - so you may want to change dates for going to Aix
Also, have you considered the carmargue region when you still have the car?

Car rentals for two or three days can often cost the same, e.g., third day free.

It seems like you've packed too much into your days. One place I'd suggest omitting is Fontaine de Vaucluse. I though the whole place was a total tourist trap. Otherwise, I'm not sure what else I'd recommend skipping. For example, Pont du Gard, Nimes and Uzes are all worth visiting, just not necessarily on the same day.
