Traveling from Bayeux to Paris

I'm traveling from Bayeux to Paris on 5/2 and ideally it would be on an early morning direct train that only takes a few hours. Unfortunately, all I'm finding are trains with multiple stops that take around 5 hours, give or take. Will there be other options closer to the date?

I've also looked on Blabla but the timeframes/prices aren't any better. I'm assuming there will be other options as the days go by. Maybe I shoud be checking the app every day?

Are there any other travel options I might not know about?

If you look on the SNCF website for your route and date, it says "More trains will soon be available to book for this journey. Should we let you know?" You can either keep checking back over time or it looks like you can set up an alert.

For the Bayeux train, book only from the official website, SNCF Connect. There are trains listed that afternoon for the 2hr + journey but none for the AM. Do set up a watch on the website so they will notify you when the train times are loaded. This is the day after a big holiday so there will be lots of travelers but more likely going Paris to Bayeux than your direction.

If you are not familiar with the website you can scroll down to change the language from French to English.
