travel to Paris by train from Bern, Chamonix, Annecy - which is fastest on high speed rail?

Planning to travel from Nice to Annecy, Chamonix and Bern. Wondering if it's easiest to catch the high speed rail to Paris from Bern vs. the smaller towns in France?

After a 55 minute train from Bern to Basel, you can get the TGV-Lyria for the 3 hour run to Paris Gare de Lyon. It runs every 2 hours, and there are half hourly train from Bern to Basel.
Chamonix is 5 hours an 2 changes from Lyon (Geneva not much better).
Annecy has a 5 TGV's to Paris for a 3 3/4 to 4 hour trip.
