Travel Pass for Paris

Hi,
I will be in Paris for 3 days + 1 day trip to Strasburg.
Is there any pass like Swiss Half card or Swiss Pass (for non EU residents) which can be used on Metro / trams etc. We are a family for 4.
We would be taking the train from Paris to Zurich. Will I be able to use the Swiss Travel Half Card or Paris Pass (if applicable) for train from Paris to Zurich?

Thanks
D

There are various transit passes for use on Paris metro, RER and buses. This site describes the various pass options: https://www.ratp.fr/en/titres-et-tarifs Probably the Navigo Easy, loaded with a carnet of tickets will suit your Paris needs. For Train trips outside the Ile de France area, you will need to buy a train ticket from the train company, SNCF. The Swiss Travel card is no good outside of Switzerland.

The tourist product Paris Visite covers local travel but it seriously overpriced compared to other options. No idea about swiss passes but there is no such thing as a Paris pass that applies to long haul trains. The transport pass in the collection of products marketed as a Paris pass is the Paris Visite.

Passes for local transportation are not useable on international or long haul train travel. they would cover local commuter trains in Paris that go into the suburbs of the Ile de france.

for 3 days there is no good pass option. I'd get everyone a Navigo Easy, load it with 10 metro/bus tickets at a discount. If two of your 3 days are weekend days, kids under age 26 can get weekend day passes called Ticket Jeune which may well be worth getting and then just load the few tickets you need for the metro for the third day. Those can all be loaded on the Navigo Easy card which you buy first.
