What is the fastest and cheapest way to travel from Lyon France to Cavriglia Italy? I will not have a rental car.

Hi,
To get a first idea of possible means of transportation between two places, Rome2Rio works. It is neither 100% accurate nor 100% exhaustive, but it helps to pinpoint a route.
In your case, there are flights from Lyon to Bologna, where you can take a train to the nearest railway station (here, you'll need to do some research; I don't think many floks here are Cavriglia experts). Or, train all the way from Lyon via Turin and Florence, possibly cheaper with advance tickets, but it's a veeery long day.

Thank you! I have looked at Trainline and SNCF websites but forgot about Rome2Rio. Yes it is a long day of train riding.
