We are looking for travel suggestions to get from Chateau in Loire Valley to Cedre Hostellerie in Beaune. We would like to hire a driver -any thoughts?.

My thought is that hiring a private car and driver could be expensive, since the distance could be around 400 km, if not more. It would help to know where in the Loire you would be departing from.
Taking the train would be a less expensive option, again depending on where you will be in the Loire.

We are traveling from Chateau de Candes in Candes-St Martin to Hostellerie Cedre in Beaune. Looking to hire a driver--any suggestions?

Getting from Candé St Martin to anywhere will involve use of a car to Angers.
From there you can catch a train (there's 3 a day) to Nevers, and change to Beaune. The first train is at 7:10, and it's a 5:42 trip. The second train is at 12:22 and takes just over 7 hours (long change at Nevers). The third train is at 15:28 and takes 6:14
